The Wyverns pride themselves on creating a local, social team with a family-friendly environment. Ensuring the team are as competitive as possible on the pitch whilst abiding with the laws and ethos of all rugby clubs around the world.

Runwell Wyverns RFC offers competitive rugby for those of all abilities. This ranges from those starting out new in the sport to experienced players looking for a new challenge or returning to the game. Wyverns will take any player as long as they are committed member of the Wyverns community. Training takes place every Wednesday evening between 19:15pm – 21:00pm. Although the physical training stops at 9pm, most will then stay behind afterwards for a social drink and team bonding. Matchdays are on Saturdays and kick off anytime between 13:00pm – 15:00pm.
